「何」+ 数え方
何(なん) is often used with time words and counters. You do not need to memorize every combination here.
迷いやすいポイント
A useful shortcut: なに is common before particles; なん is common before です, の, and many counters.
どれ stands alone. どの always comes before a noun.
どう asks “how is it?” どうやって asks how something is done.
Both mean “why.” なんで is especially common in casual conversation.
